🔄 Return Policy

• We accept returns only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
• You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product with clear photos of the issue.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Sarees that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Color variations due to lighting or screen resolution (slight differences are normal)
• Custom orders or pre-orders
• Items returned without prior approval

💸 Refund Policy

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
• In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, we will issue a refund via bank transfer or mobile banking.

🚚 Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the product was defective or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the product.
